Hello again Volunteers!
As of today Sunday June 16th I am not getting enough involvement from the other wards in order for us to move forward with planning.
Those of you who have shown up to meetings and began planning your events go ahead and finish your plans. You will be one step ahead of others.
At best I hope we will just have to postpone the event for August.
I will update you as soon as I hear we have all wards involved.
Thank you again for your faithful service. I promise to keep pushing for this because I know it will be a great event.
At your service,
Eddie Villa
